In addition: Online services such as Office Online and OneDrive, associated with your CNM email address will no longer work. At expiration: Office applications enter a reduced-functionality mode, meaning documents can be viewed but cannot be edited or created. Eligibility may be re-verified at any time. Microsoft Office 365 can be used until you graduate or are no longer enrolled or employed at CNM. 
Office accounts also include 1TB of OneDrive storage, managed by CNM.
Office apps are available for free on smartphones and tablets. Students, staff, and faculty can install Microsoft Office 365 on up to 5 PCs or Macs. Central New Mexico Community College provides free licenses of Microsoft Office 365 for students, faculty, and staff through our Microsoft licensing agreement.
